Negative: Communication with the host is just a disaster. Delays on response. Miscommunication with their cleaning team.
It happened to me that I was locked on the balcony for 30 minutes because the door handle was broken. I had to ask neighbors to open it for me.
Then I asked the host to make a compensation or at least a discount for my stay, but they rejected it.
