Negative: الاستقبال غير متعاون.
حراس الامن يتعامل بشكل سيئ جداً جداً
عند تسجيل الدخول تم تأخيري لمدة اكثر من ساعة ولم اقول اي شئ.
كما انني تأخرت قليلاً في تسجيل الخروج من الشقة ويرغب الاستقبال في اخذ مقابل تأخيري الوقت البسيط ، عندما اوضح لته انني فعلا متأخر ولكن انتو قد تأخرتو غي تسجيل دخولي اخذت باقي التأمين ويقول لي اذخب اذهب.
اهذا استقبال ؟
لا افكر القدوم ابداً لهذا المكان.

TRES REGRETABLE DE PASSER UNE NUIT EN FAMILLE EN ATTENDANT UNE SOLUTION D'HEBERGEMENT??????
Positive: nous avons passe la nuit a la reception . de 22h50 a 9hdu matin???? AUCUN CONTACT LA PERSONE DE 'AGENCE INJOINNIABLE .TRES TRES EN COLERE.

Negative: اعمال صيانة في نفس البنايه وكذالك استعمال جميع المصاعد من قبل العمال علماً بانه مخصص مصعد واحد بس مافي رقابه لهم لذا انتظار وقت طويل للمصعد وكذالك وجود كلاب مع بعض السكان لذا فيها بعض المضايقات لمن لا يحب الكلاب
