Great location, value for money, nice views.
Positive: 1. Great location, a mere 10 min walk to the beach
2. Multiple grocery stores around, booze store is just a block away.
3. Nice view
Negative: 1. Coordination of early check-in was a bit tricky
2. Mind the security deposit -- there is a separate person you have to meet with to hand it over and pick up before you leave; and communication with that person happens outside of the booking.com app
3. The appartment may use some a retouch of paint on the walls.

Positive: Perfect location, beautiful view to the Marina. Supermarkets, restaurants, beach within few minutes walk.
Negative: Pool area is not always sunny. Kitchen cookware should be changed (very worn), kitchen tap and sofa bed should be repaired.
