Negative: لم يعجبني طريقة التعامل مع النزلاء. الشخص الذي تم الحجز معه عن طريق بوكينج لم يحضر في موعد حضوري لم يكن متواجد وتأخرت في انتظاره. والمفتاح فقط واحد لجميع افراد العائله!!!!! كذالك عند خروجنا من الشقه انتظرنا الموظف شريف ساعه ونصف تقريبا لارجاع التأمين وهو600 درهم لاااااااأفكر ابدا الرجوع اليه تجربه كانت سيئه للاسف
