Awful experience with the place. Painful to deal with Smart Concierge's Team.
Positive: The only part I liked about this place was leaving it.
Negative: Checked in on Friday evening, and checked out the next day, despite booking a 3 day stay.
- Carpets were barely vacuumed, there was bird droppings in places; shockingly it was inside the apartment.
- Balcony had used cotton buds on the floor. Bird dropping out here would have made more sense.
- Bathroom had hair from former guests. I’m sure whatever cloth was used to wipe the surfaces wasn’t clean either as there was hair on the walls, bathroom door, sink and flush. (To nicely say this, it was not head hair.) Additionally, there was water coming up from the drain and behind the toilet.
- Bedroom, had many tiny hairs on the floor and I’m not talking about head hair again.
As any decent person, I didn't mind the odd dust in places. Besides, I was jetlagged! Went straight to bed. Thank goodness I was too tired to pay attention to the misery around me. The next day, as soon as I noticed the flaws, I notified the Admin team, who were very apologetic at first, but when I asked for a refund for the remainder of the stay (as I made up my mind to check out right away), I was met with rude and abrupt behaviour from this guy called Ivan. He then proceeded to ignore my emails.
Still no answer nearly a week later, I can only give a heads up to anyone planning on staying here. This could have easily been resolved by them with:
1. Actually being fair, and providing a partial refund at least.
2. Not arguing back, defending the incompetence of their level of service. Ironically they have a quote by Leonardo Da Vinci on their website "Details make perfection, and perfection is not a detail." - would have been nice if they live up to the standards claimed, and for them to take ownership on the sheer lack of providing a clean serviced apartment for short-term stay.

Negative: Public traffic is little far from residence. But Uber is great.
